Before the main convention begins, our leaders come together.
Lead to the Rhythm is an exclusive Thursday experience created for Gold Affiliates and above who are ready to strengthen their leadership, expand their vision, and prepare for their next level.
The afternoon begins with three hours of focused leadership training designed to challenge the way you think, lead, duplicate, and grow.
But when the training ends, New Orleans takes over. That evening, we'll trade the training room for music, food, masks, and celebration at our Masquerade Gala.
It's leadership—New Orleans style.
