At the heart of Frequense is the belief that people matter.
That mission comes to life through the Invisible Angels Foundation, the nonprofit arm connected to Frequense.
Guided by the philosophy of "Mission over commission," Invisible Angels is more than a charitable initiative—it's a movement dedicated to serving communities, mobilizing people into action, and reminding others that they are not alone.
The recent Kansas City outreach event was a powerful example of that mission in action.
Serving the Kansas City Community
Invisible Angels partnered with God's Bucket Brigade for a two-hour outreach event serving individuals experiencing homelessness and others in need.
Volunteers distributed care buckets, essential supplies, and encouragement throughout the community.
Thanks to strong local awareness of God's Bucket Brigade, turnout exceeded expectations, and every available supply was distributed by the end of the event.
The outreach also coincided with a birthday initiative honoring Frequense CEO Barb. Through her birthday promotion, RISE sticks were matched for the day, allowing hundreds of RISE packets to be mixed into water bottles and distributed alongside care packages. Every matched packet found its way into the hands of someone in need.

A Mission That Connects People
For Barb, the experience was unforgettable.
"It was amazing. I could not stop crying."
She believes the impact goes beyond the supplies being distributed. "It's really catching the hearts of people. People just want to make a difference."
After learning about God's Bucket Brigade during a training call, many Frequense affiliates felt a renewed sense of purpose. "It just reminded them why they joined. People don't just care about the money, they want to be a part of a movement."
Reflecting on the day, Barb shared: "I was at the event texting my family, 'this is all I want to do. It just fills me up.'"
A Growing Movement
Kansas City is just one stop in a growing movement of service.
Invisible Angels continues to expand through recurring outreach events, with affiliates now organizing service opportunities beyond official gatherings.
One upcoming example includes volunteer work at a Texas homeless shelter following Friday Night festivities at Platinum Retreat.
Service is becoming more than an event—it's becoming part of the Frequense culture.
Mission Over Commission
Invisible Angels exists to serve people by showing up, giving back, and reminding every person they matter.
That commitment is captured in one simple phrase:
Mission over commission.
