Before the main convention begins, our leaders come together. Lead to the Rhythm is an exclusive Thursday experience created for Gold Affiliates and above who are ready to strengthen their leadership, expand their vision, and prepare for their next level.

The afternoon begins with three hours of focused leadership training designed to challenge the way you think, lead, duplicate, and grow. But when the training ends, New Orleans takes over. That evening, we’ll trade the training room for music, food, masks, and celebration at our Masquerade Gala.

Ticket transfers

Affiliate tickets may be transferred to another attendee through February 8, 2027. All transfer requests must be submitted through the Event Adjustment Form.

Virtual ticket conversion

If your plans change and you’re unable to join us in New Orleans, you may request to convert your General Admission registration to a virtual ticket through February 19, 2027. Virtual conversion requests must also be submitted through the Event Adjustment Form.

Event FAQs

What is the dress code for the convention events?

Business attire is recommended for all business and General Session events.

Lead to the Rhythm Leadership Training & Masquerade Gala: It’s New Orleans—have some fun with it. Masquerade-inspired evening attire is encouraged. Bring your mask and come ready for an unforgettable night of dinner, music, dancing, and celebration.

Annual Recognition Event: Black and white party attire is encouraged for our Saturday evening recognition and celebration.

Can my spouse or guest attend the General Sessions without purchasing a ticket?

No. Anyone entering the General Session rooms must have a General Admission ticket and event name badge.

Does my guest need a General Admission ticket to attend other ticketed events?

No. Guests may attend certain individually ticketed experiences without purchasing a General Admission ticket. However, they will not receive a convention name badge or have access to the General Sessions.

I purchased more than one General Admission ticket. How do I change the name on an additional ticket?

Please complete the Rise to the Rhythm Ticket Transfer Form to provide the name and Affiliate ID, if applicable, of the person who will be using the additional ticket.

Ticket Transfer Form

Transfers must be submitted by February 5, 2027 for the attendee’s name to be included on their event name badge and in rank recognition, if applicable. The final deadline for ticket transfers is February 8, 2027.

If I rank advance in February 2027 before the event, will I still be recognized at my new rank?

Yes. If you rank advance before the event, you will be recognized at your new rank during Rise to the Rhythm.

However, depending on when your advancement occurs, we may not have a personalized award prepared for you. Please inform the registration team of your rank advancement when you arrive so we can update your rank ribbon accordingly.

Some achievements will receive standing recognition, while others will be recognized on stage during our Annual Recognition Event.

I have food allergies. How do I report them, and what accommodations can be made?

We have made every effort to provide a variety of food options at each ticketed meal event. Your ticket selection will indicate your meal choice when applicable, and meal selections cannot be changed after purchase.

If you need to report specific food allergies, please complete the designated allergy form so our team can share that information with the hotel and plan accordingly.

Is parking available at the hotel?

Yes. Parking is available at the Crowne Plaza New Orleans French Quarter. The hotel parking fee is $44 per night.

Parking is not included with your hotel reservation or convention ticket and is the responsibility of the attendee.

Will the Rise to the Rhythm Store be open during the convention?

Yes. The Rise to the Rhythm Store will be open at designated times throughout the convention and will feature:

Store hours will be included in the final convention agenda. We recommend visiting early, as some exclusive merchandise and offers may sell out.

Can I purchase tickets for Specialty Training Experiences during the convention?

Additional tickets may be available for purchase during the convention if space allows. Our Friday and Saturday Breakfast and Lunch Specialty Trainings have limited seating and may sell out prior to the event.

We strongly recommend purchasing any Specialty Training Experiences you would like to attend in advance.
