To request a refund, ticket transfer, or virtual ticket conversion, please complete the following form:

Affiliate ticket transfers are available through July 31.
Virtual ticket conversions are available through August 14.
This refund schedule applies to all ticket types:
Prior to May 31 100% refund
June 1 – June 30 50% refund
July 1 – July 15 25% refund
After July 15 No refunds
Ticket transfers to another attendee may be requested up until August 1, 2026. No transfers will be processed after that date. All requests must be submitted to the events team.

What is the dress code for the Summit events? +
Business attire is recommended for all business sessions.

Cabo Sunset Gala: Festive, Cabo-inspired attire with bright tropical colors encouraged.

Black & White Recognition Event: Black and white party attire.
Can my spouse or guest attend the sessions without purchasing a ticket? +
No. Anyone entering the general session rooms must have a ticket and event name badge.
Does my spouse or guest need to purchase a General Admission ticket in order to attend other ticketed events? +
No. Guests may attend certain ticketed events without purchasing a General Admission ticket. However, they will not receive an event name badge.

I purchased more than one General Admission ticket. How do I submit the name and ID number for the person I am giving it to? +
Please complete the Rise & Vibe Summit Adjustments Form to transfer your ticket to another person.

Transfer requests must be submitted by July 31 in order for the attendee to receive a name badge and be included in rank recognition, if applicable.
If I rank advance in August before the event, will I still be recognized on stage? +
Yes. You will be recognized at your new rank during the event. However, we may not have a personalized award prepared for you.

Please inform the registration team of your rank advancement when you arrive so they can update your rank ribbon accordingly.

We have made every effort to provide a variety of food options at each ticketed meal event.

Your ticket selection will indicate your meal choice, and meal selections cannot be changed after purchase.

If you need to report specific food allergies, please complete the designated allergy form so our team can plan accordingly.

Please note that we are unable to accommodate preferred dietary lifestyles such as Keto, Carnivore, Mediterranean, etc.
Is parking available at the hotel? +
Yes. Parking is available at the Marriott Dallas Allen Hotel & Convention Center.

Yes. The Rise & Vibe Store will be open throughout the event and will feature:

Can I purchase tickets for additional sessions during the event? +
Some additional session tickets may be available for purchase at the event if space allows, however many sessions have limited seating and may sell out in advance. We recommend purchasing all desired tickets ahead of time.
